TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH...A look at history...
The bitter truth is that we have to CUT GOVERNMENT SPENDING while simultaneously letting the Bush tax cuts expire if we're going to fix our deficit problem. Nobody likes to hear that. Too bad. If we don't, the problem gets worse.
